The Onboarding program is a requirement for each grower to learn how to work with Robot One. This program covers a wide range of topics such as operating Robot One, manually, from a remote location and autonomously, field management within the Pixelfarming Academy, maintenance, cultivation methods, and deployment of Robot One.
The primary objective of the program is to get the grower acquainted with Robot One and operate it as an important part of their business. Over a period of two growing seasons and after the grower has enough operation hours, our implementation support will transition from hands-on and on-site support to remote, on-demand support.
