Your tasks
As an after sales and customer support officer, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and maintaining customer relationships. You will be in direct contact with our farmers and other interested parties.
Your main tasks are as follows:
- Processing incoming orders and quotation requests
- Answering customer queries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Supporting account managers in preparing quotes and conducting market research.
- Following up on quotations and managing the sales pipeline.
- Administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records and preparing reports.
Desired skills
We expect at least MBO working and thinking level from you. Experience in a similar position is a plus. It is very important to us that you have excellent communication skills and are customer-oriented. A good command of Dutch and English, both oral and written, is essential for this.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. You are a real team player with a proactive attitude!
