Through a collaboration with Pixelfarming and my last job, I got in contact with Pixelfarming Robotics. Here, I got introduced to Robot One, which drew my attention immediately. In 2021, I was finishing the first year of my study in computer science, and directly applying my freshly learned skills and knowledge seemed like an amazing opportunity. Before I knew it, I was hired:)
Because I was studying full-time when I started at Pixelfarming Robotics, I could only work on Saturday. I had also invited a few of my classmates to join me, and very quickly we became the “Young Professionals”.
The work is very diverse, from drone mapping, developing new features for the robot, and helping with production through testing and servicing jobs, even abroad. Anything I can do or learn is an opportunity.
For the major part of my study, I have built up relevant working experience and immensely developed my professional and technical skills. Therefore, I would like to tell every student that it’s invaluable to be able to apply what you learn during your study time and earn your money by doing what you do best. This is possible at Pixelfarming Robotics’ Young Professionals Team.
