Together we work on the solution for sustainable & circular agriculture. As a work planner you will manage our field, service and R&D team to ensure they take the right steps. This concerns everything from performing maintenance on a robot at our location to demonstrations in countries like Spain, Germany or Canada. You know better than anyone else what goes on in this innovative company.

What you will do

Your tasks mainly consist of preparing and planning our engineering teams. Although no day is the same with us, a working day could look like this for you:

8:30 prepare the day start, what needs to be done today and which tasks are still open?
9:00 day start with the team
9:30 working on the planning for the next days
11:30 meeting about the approach to a certain problem
12:30 delicious lunch with the team!
14:30 booking and making work orders
16:00 making last minute changes in the weekly planning
17:00 home after a challenging day at work

Every now and then there are hectic situations that require quick action and adaptive thinking. You must be able to handle this.

What we expect from you

We expect you to work in a structured way and always think two steps ahead. We expect you to be honest and plan realistically. Furthermore, as a planner it is important that you are sociable and can cope well with criticism or adjustments. Fortunately, you do not do the work alone, so you need to know quickly who can help you with what.

Affinity with agriculture and technology is a big plus.
