Being a brand manager at Pixelfarming Robotics is not your everyday nine-to-five. It is my job to build and improve the ‘Pixelfarming Robotics’ brand. I am pleased to lead a team of enthusiastic colleagues with whom we tackle all the marketing and sales activities.
Since we are a young company in a new market, it is a matter of figuring out who our relationships are, what exactly they expect from our product, how we can best serve them and what they are willing to pay for it. However, the great thing that you get to meet people who share our dream for a healthy world with healthy food from healthy soil.
I really like the team spirit within ‘my’ group. Everyone thinks constructively and contributes to building our brand. There is a great mix between experience and creative new ideas. We can work really hard and have a lot of fun at the same time. There surely is never a dull moment.
With the other colleagues, of course, we also form a team. This comes to the forefront when we organize events or deliver a robot to a grower. I feel that everyone is very committed and proud!
We are working on a new solution in a new market. In addition, we are a young team. Almost every day we learn something new or invent something new. For that you have to be in good shape and bring a certain self-confidence. Because many new things we ‘just do’. Like making a 6 meter long robot with 40 lasers. The challenge here is to stay connected with each other so that we can put our shoulders under it together when needed.
